日本を北上し縦断した超大型の台風21号は、各地で土砂災害や浸水の被害や通勤に影響を与えましたが、午後３時に北海道の東で温帯低気圧と変わりました。
また、カロリン諸島付近では熱帯低気圧が発生しており、台風に発達する懸念がありますので、引き続き気象情報に注目が必要です。
