内閣府が、“社会の防災を改善したいという熱い一般市民”を対象として、プロジェクト参加を募集しています。
1959 年の伊勢湾台風、1995 年の阪神・淡路大震災、そして2011 年の東日本大震災
これらの大災害の度ごとに講じられてきた措置を、
それぞれ「防災１.０」「防災２.０」「防災３.０」と捉え、
激甚化に備えるためのこれからの取組を「防災４.０」と位置づけ、
本格始動するようです。
